The primary goal of TCIS Technology Support is to provide excellent service support, and consultation to all faculty and students. The tech support team monitors and provides a highly sophisticated network environment. Consulting support is also provided to assist faculty and students with classroom technology integration, configuring and purchasing new computers, printers, peripherals, and other technology devices for office as well as home use.

Technology Support staff are available to assist with the technology needs of faculty and students. Requests submitted online are routed to the appropriate IT staff depending on department and individual information.
